How we use AI
- Noverant’s use of AI is focused on the creation of unique reports that our clients use to support their reporting and compliance requirements. The reports include client-specified fields such as usernames, course titles, completion dates, expiration dates and related information.
In addition, Noverant LMS can provide client-directed recommendations for users who are granted access to optional training.
In all cases, any information created using AI is reviewed manually by Noverant QA to ensure accuracy and further reviewed with the client before use. Report results, created with or without the use of AI, are for human decision-makers to consider and decide how to act upon (e.g., a report could indicate that an employee is out of compliance with a particular training, but a human would need to decide how to address the noncompliance).
